How are credits charged?
MAIC settles usage based on the model and actual input and output tokens, with a minimum of 1 credit for each generation request that uses a model. Credits are reserved when work starts, then settled against actual usage. Unused reservations are released.
Do credits expire or renew automatically?
These are personal one-time credit packs. Purchased credits do not expire and there are no recurring charges.
Where can I see my purchase and usage?
Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Check Payments and Credits in account settings for purchases and usage. New credits first repay any outstanding usage debt. Payment confirmation may take a little time.
How do I manage an existing subscription?
Existing subscriptions remain available in Billing under account settings. This recharge page offers only one-time credit packs.
